Young Man started as the self-recorded project of multi-instrumentalist Colin Caulfield. Now expanded into a full band, their new album is produced by John McEntire, who has also produced albums by Stereolab, Teenage Fanclub, and Broken Social Scene. The album traverses lush palette of mellifluous sounds while the songs continue the themes of Young Man’s previous lo-fi albums, 2010’s Boy [EP] and 2011’s Ideas of Distance.
