The name of this site comes from a line in Bob Dylan song “The Times They Are A-Changin’.” And the band Hollis Brown takes its names from a song on Dylan’s album The Times They Are A-Changin’. Sharing Dylan references doesn’t always mean I like a band, but in this case, it’s an interesting connection to point out.

This EP is a great batch of folk rock. These four solid, catchy songs is fleshed out with electric guitar, keyboards, and the rhythm section. You can download the EP for FREE from Hollis Brown’s bandcamp site. Hopefully this shortplayer is an introduction to more output from this band.
